Private Prescription Orders:
Refer to private medication list for online ordering.
To register for private medication supply online – a new account must be created.
Go to “Register Account” and complete the online application to open the account.
Upon approval, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
Go to “How to Order” and choose from the range of options:

For customers wishing to make a purchase via Mail Order, Fax or Telephone, you can print a copy of the Order Form complete and post it along with your doctors prescriptions.
Delivery rates are based on packaged weight. All prices are in Australian Dollars.
* Please note – Australia Post will not deliver packages above 20kg. If your order is over 20kg, we will contact you to arrange alternate delivery.
Deliveries within Australia are carried out by Australia Post. A signature will be required at the time of delivery. If no-one is home Australia Post will leave a card to let you know from which Post Office the parcel can be collected.
You can choose to have your order sent by Standard or ExpressPost. Standard Post usually takes 2-3 days whilst Express Post should arrive the next day for most destinations (please check with your local post office if unsure). All costs are based on Australia Post charges applicable for each state.
Bulky items over 1.5kg may need to be quoted separately as Australia Post charges per cubic size as well as weight. We will contact you if the delivery costs need to be adjusted. Please provide daytime contact number when ordering.
We will contact you if Express Post is selected and the packed weight is over 5kg, the products do not fit an Express Post bag, or if the products are not suitable for delivery in an Express Post bag (e.g., liquid in glass containers). Express Post Parcel charges will then apply.

All our parcels are sent Registered Post or Express Post so there is no need for insurance. Insurance will be arranged through Australia Post.

Begin by downloading the ‘Direct Debit Request Form’, by clicking on the ‘Direct Debit Request’ icon on the left hand side. The terms and conditions of Direct Debit Agreement are also attached.

Returning Your Order
We are confident of the products we sell. Should there be any dissatisfaction with any of the products you have purchased you can return the purchases within 30 days and get your purchase price back, no questions asked. We only require that the product be returned in original condition and packaging, with all accessories, along with your receipt. Please contact us prior to returning the product.

Goods damaged prior to or during delivery
If your purchase was damaged when you received it, we’ll send you an undamaged one freight free. You will need to return the damaged product to us so that we can assess it.
As we do not store your credit card information, should we need to refund your credit card we will contact you for your credit card details. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, however they may not be credited to your credit card account for some days after the transaction.
If you wish to cancel a confirmed order to Lindsay Allan Chemists, please contact one of our customer service staff immediately on Freecall 1300 2876 7433 (in Australia) or email email@example.com.
Please note that once an order has left our shop, it cannot be cancelled, however you can return it if you wish (we can only refund purchase price not shipping costs).
We will refund the purchase price if you contact us within 30 days or if the product is faulty.

What Credit Card Fraud Detection Measures does PayWay Have?
PayWay examines an online transaction from various angles. PayWay’s primary security goal is to identify if the purchaser is the legitimate card holder. Through analysis, PayWay can identify traits and patterns that are associated with fraudulent orders. Any transactions that are considered fraudulent are blocked and placed into a holding area for the Merchant to review.

PBS prices are subsidised. Current charges are per prescription.

- General Medicare Card holders – Maximum Charge – $39.50

All prescriptions must be received by post and payment method before an order will be despatched by mail.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Yes. A legal doctor’s prescription is required for each medication ordered. This applies to all Australian States and Territories.
You can ask us to hold your repeat prescription form. You can then phone, fax or email your next request and follow the payment method of your choice.
Lindsay Allan Chemists has chosen Australia Post registered mail as its chosen delivery provider. If you are not home when Australia Post attempts delivery, you will receive a notice advising you of the attempted delivery. Australia Post will keep the parcel for you at the nearest Australia Post Office until you can pick it up. International delivery processes will depend on your country’s postal system. Please email or call us right away. As we process orders promptly, your order may have already been sent. If your order has already been sent, you can post it back to us unopened and in original condition for a full refund. You will however be obliged to pay for all postage costs. Our business model is based on high turnover and low margins, which enables us to deliver lower prices than a suburban retail pharmacy. As our turnover is higher we can negotiate lower prices from our suppliers which we are able to pass on to you.
As our product range includes over 2,000 products it is not always possible to have all products in stock. We endeavour to flag products in our online catalogue when they are temporarily out of stock, however occasionally products may be out of stock. We will contact you by phone or email to seek your instructions – either to cancel the product, wait for the product to come back into stock or provide an alternative product.
